Cancellation Penalties

Refunds (except for amount paid for trip protection and cancellation fees) will be made for written cancellations received at least 121 days prior to departure. Gurests who cancel or change after that date, for any reason, are subject to the cancellation provisions and administrable fees outlined below.

Up to 121 Days - $350 per guest

120-91 Days-25% of gross fare, minimum $350 per guest

90-61 Days-50% of gross fare

60-31 Days- =% of gross fare

30-0 days-100% of gross fare

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Deposit Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

For confirmation of individual reservations, a deposit of $500 per person is due within seven days of your initial reservation. Additional hotel nights do not require deposit at time of booking..
